Modest Bath is an online retailer operated by MPF Retail & Marketing LLC, a Massachusetts-based company. Modest Bath is an online-only retailer and does not operate a physical showroom.

To ensure safe delivery of large or specialty bath fixtures, some products are shipped directly from manufacturers or authorized distribution facilities.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Certain made-to-order, specialty, or backordered items may require additional processing time. Estimated processing timelines, where applicable, will be noted on the product page.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. From time to time, we may offer promotional free shipping on select products.

If you require special delivery arrangements such as liftgate service or freight coordination, please contact us prior to shipment.


Delivery Time Estimates

Transit times vary depending on product type, availability, and delivery location.

For in-stock products, estimated delivery generally ranges from 3–10 business days after dispatch.

Custom, specialty, or backordered products may require extended lead times. Some backordered items may take up to 8 weeks depending on manufacturer availability.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Freight Deliveries & Liftgate Services

Oversized or palletized items ship via freight carrier and are typically delivered curbside.

An adult must be present at delivery to inspect the shipment and sign the delivery receipt.

If visible damage is present at the time of delivery, it must be noted on the carrier’s paperwork before signing.

Residential deliveries and liftgate services may incur additional charges where applicable. If additional fees apply, we will contact you prior to shipment to confirm.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may be accessed through the carrier’s website.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at support@modestbath.com or call (833) 208-6896.

We will work directly with the carrier and manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Modest Bath is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately prior to shipment.

Certain items may be restricted from shipping to specific locations due to size, weight, or local regulations. Any applicable restrictions will be noted on the product page.

Badeloft Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery

Badeloft products are typically delivered curbside within the continental United States.

Please ensure someone is present at delivery to inspect the shipment and sign the delivery receipt. Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s paperwork at the time of delivery.

Delivery Time Estimates

Most in-stock products arrive within 4–13 business days total from the date of purchase.

Vanderloc Shipping Policy

Outside the Contiguous U.S.

We are pleased to offer shipping services within the contiguous United States for all our products. While our primary coverage is limited to this area, we understand unique circumstances may arise. If you have a special shipping request for a location outside our normal delivery zone, please contact us at support@modestbath.com, and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs and find a suitable solution.


Shipping Address

It is crucial to provide a full and accurate shipping address during checkout. Please carefully review your address before finalizing your purchase. If you notice an error, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@modestbath.com with your order number and the corrected address.


Important Notice Regarding Shipped Orders

To ensure a smooth delivery, please confirm your shipping details and availability to receive your order.

Once an order has left the factory, freight carriers charge significant fees to intercept, reroute, or return shipments. For this reason, a $500 fee will be applied in the following situations:

  • The shipping address needs to be changed or corrected

  • The delivery is refused or cannot be accepted

  • The shipment must be returned because the customer is unavailable


Preparing for Furniture Delivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all furniture items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and corners into the desired space. Please refer to product specifications on our website for sizing guidance.


Scheduling Your Delivery

During checkout, an estimated delivery date will be provided. Once your order is preparing to ship, you will receive a “Shipping Soon” email along with tracking information.

If you need to reschedule your delivery, please notify us at support@modestbath.com within 24 hours of receiving the “Shipping Soon” notification. After the item has shipped, delivery dates typically cannot be adjusted.

If you have specific delivery requirements, such as a preferred delivery window, please contact us and we will assist with coordinating arrangements.


What to Expect on Delivery Day

Your order will be delivered by a third-party freight carrier to a secure location on your property. Delivery does not include:

  • Moving the item inside your home

  • Uncrating or unpacking

  • Assembly or installation

Once the item is delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to move, unpack, and install the product.

The carrier’s responsibility ends once the item has been placed at the designated delivery location. For any issues or questions, please contact support@modestbath.com.


Items Requiring Professional Assembly & Installation

Delivery personnel are not authorized to move existing furniture, assemble products, or install electrical components.

An authorized individual 18 years or older must be present during delivery to receive, inspect, and sign for the shipment.

If any damage or issues are noticed at delivery, please contact us immediately at support@modestbath.com.


Pricing & Information Disclaimer

We strive to ensure accuracy in all pricing, delivery rates, and product information. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable state and local taxes.

Availability, pricing, and delivery terms are subject to change without notice. In the event of errors in pricing, descriptions, or images, we reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies and limit or cancel affected orders as necessary.
