At Modest Bath, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policy carefully.
Returns
We accept returns on most unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in its original packaging and condition.
Proof of purchase is required.
Returns must be approved in writing prior to shipment back to us.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Freight & Large Item Returns
Due to the size and weight of our products, most items ship via freight carrier. Returns for freight-shipped items are not eligible for standard mail-in return labels.
If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Freight return costs may be substantial.
All non-defective freight returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Freight items must be returned in original packaging and condition.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for all approved returns, including freight and large items. Return labels are not provided free of charge unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact support@modestbath.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damage and your order number.
We will work with you to offer a replacement, repair, or refund based on the issue.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase due to hygiene reasons, customization, or final-sale status. These exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.

Badeloft Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Badeloft purchase, you may return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 14 days have passed, returns may still be considered at our sole discretion. If you wish to exchange your product for another Badeloft item, we are happy to discuss available options.

The customer is responsible for 100% of the original outbound shipping cost and 100% of the return shipping cost. A 10% restocking and handling fee applies to all returns. Customers may arrange return shipping independently, or we can coordinate return shipping using our discounted freight rates.
Payment for return shipping is required in advance.
Once the item is received and inspected in original, undamaged condition, a refund of the original product price will be issued within 3 business days of receipt.
Vanderloc Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Vanderloc purchase, you may return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 15 days have passed, returns may still be considered at our sole discretion. If you wish to exchange your product for another Vanderloc item, we are happy to discuss available options.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of the original delivery date.
The vanity must be returned in the same condition it was received. It must be free from any damage, scratches, or alterations. All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
Once your return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with return shipping instructions.
Carefully repackage the vanity in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. If the original packaging is not available, please use comparable packaging that provides adequate protection.
All returns are processed via R&L Carriers. Upon initiation of a return, R&L Carriers will be notified and will contact you directly to arrange a pickup window.

Upon receiving the returned vanity, it will be inspected to ensure it is in the same condition as when it was delivered.

Cancellations
To ensure we can build and ship your order efficiently, processing begins shortly after the order is placed. We offer a 72-hour grace period during which you may cancel your order at no charge. After this 72-hour window, any cancellation will be subject to a 20% processing fee.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your vanity arrives damaged or does not meet the agreed specifications, please contact us immediately. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work diligently to resolve any issues.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Our team will review your claim and, upon approval, will arrange for a return, refund, or exchange as appropriate.
Once the item is returned, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
