Badeloft Warranty Policy
Badeloft Limited Warranty
Badeloft USA, LLC (“Badeloft”) warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the limitations and exclusions outlined below.
Residential Applications
10-Year Residential Warranty
All Badeloft stone resin bathtubs, sinks, and parts purchased for residential use are warranted for ten (10) years from the original date of purchase.
For purposes of this warranty, “Parts” include all mechanical working components of drains and freestanding faucets and/or fillers, including but not limited to:
Ceramic disc cartridges (side valves and pressure balance)
Thermostatic cartridges
Stops and diverters
Commercial and/or Industrial Applications
2-Year Commercial Warranty
Badeloft stone resin bathtubs and sinks used in commercial and/or industrial applications are warranted for two (2) years from the original date of purchase.
Badeloft Parts are not covered under this warranty when used in commercial or industrial applications.
Smart Toilets
3-Year Residential Warranty
Electronic Parts Warranty (3 Years)
Electronic components, including the smart bidet seat and other separable electronic parts such as kick buttons and flush valves, are warranted for three (3) years from the purchase date.
One-Year Replacement Warranty
During the first year following purchase, Badeloft will provide a full product replacement if the product is deemed defective.
Three-Year Replacement Parts Warranty
For the remaining two years, Badeloft will provide replacement parts as needed to resolve product issues.
Porcelain Parts Warranty
Lifetime Warranty (Limited to One Installation)
The porcelain base component is warranted for the lifetime of the product, limited to a single installation and is non-transferable.
Limitations of the Badeloft Warranty

This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by improper installation, abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
Use of harsh or abrasive cleaners
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by hard water, mineral buildup, or sediment
Damage resulting from natural disasters such as fire, flood, earthquake, or electrical storms
Limitation of Liability
According to Badeloft USA, LLC’s published warranty terms, the manufacturer is not responsible for labor costs, shipping charges, installation, removal, reinstallation, repair expenses, or any incidental or consequential damages.
Badeloft’s total liability is limited strictly to the replacement value of the affected product.

Customers should contact Modest Bath at support@modestbath.com to begin the warranty process. Our team will assist in coordinating with the manufacturer as required. In some cases, the manufacturer may request product inspection or return prior to approving warranty resolution.

Vanderloc Warranty Policy
Vanderloc products are backed by a manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Do not return any product without first obtaining a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Products returned without prior authorization may be refused.
Returned items must be packaged in the original manufacturer's packaging or a comparable shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Defective Products Within 30 Days
If a product is found to be defective within thirty (30) days of the original ship date, please contact Modest Bath immediately to begin the warranty process.
Replacement products can only be shipped to, or picked up from, the original delivery address. Only one carrier pickup attempt will be made.
Defective Products After 30 Days
If a product becomes defective more than thirty-one (31) days after the original ship date, please contact Modest Bath to initiate a warranty claim.
Warranty coverage begins when the product ships from Amba Products to the retailer. Delays in installation, construction schedules, storage, or project timelines do not extend the warranty start date.
Customers are responsible for shipping products to and from Amba Products for warranty evaluation. Shipping costs associated with warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
All returned products will be inspected and tested upon receipt. If the product is determined to be defective under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, Amba Products will repair or replace the product at its discretion.
Legacy & Discontinued Products
Amba Products periodically updates, revises, or discontinues product designs, finishes, dimensions, mounting systems, and electrical specifications.
Warranty replacements for discontinued or legacy products may differ from the original product and may require modifications to mounting locations, wall finishes, electrical connections, or surrounding construction.
Modest Bath and Amba Products are not responsible for costs associated with:
- Tile removal or replacement
- Wall repairs
- Painting or refinishing
- Electrical modifications
- Demolition or reconstruction
- Installation labor
- Any related construction expenses
Product Warranty Coverage
Amba Products warrants products installed in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions against defects in materials and workmanship.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
This warranty applies only to products purchased and used within the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Jeeves & Traditional Collection Electric Elements
For Jeeves and Traditional heated towel racks, defective electric heating elements will be replaced at no charge during the first two (2) years of ownership.
After the initial two-year period, replacement elements may be purchased separately.
Please note that damage caused by electrical surges, improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered under warranty.
Warranty Limitations
Warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of the product at the manufacturer's discretion. The warranty does not cover labor costs, installation expenses, removal costs, transportation charges, consequential damages, incidental damages, or property repairs associated with the product.
Modest Bath reserves the right to follow all manufacturer warranty procedures and determinations regarding product defects, repairs, replacements, and warranty eligibility.
